Stabling Options:

Includes: Includes Timothy (3x), Turn out, Feed & Shavings, 30 day holding fee.

Hay nets are available for $200 a month
Premium Barn:  $1,650
Top Barn:  $1,350

In/Out Stalls:  $1385
Outdoor 12x24 mare motel:  $1,000

Full-Training & Grooming: $1,650

Care Only: $850

Available to horses laid up 30 days or more. Full care of horse includes all grooming,
basic supplies, feed and laundry at barn. There will be no mid-month changes to
care / training.

Body Clipping: $200

To be done at the trainers discretion

Trailer in fee: $25
Lessons Group or Private $120 per lesson (packages available)

Training ride for horses not in full training: $100

​

Spa Packages (Available to haul-ins):

Aquatread: $100 per session

Bemer Treatment: $50 per session

Solarium: $75 per session

Equivibe: $75 per session

All-in spa monthly package: $500

Horses visit the therapy barn 3 x week receiving all 3 treatments with each visit.
